  3. Now take a small ball from a dough and rolled it like a chapati apply garlic butter all over it.
  4. Now like a paper fan fold it and then rolled it.
  5. Make all roll like this.
  6. Dust some flour and rolled the paratha very slowly else layers will b not there.. heat tawa and place on it when its done from one side flip it and apply ghee toast from both the side..
  7. Serve hot childrens and elders both will love this paratha.. its taste like garlic bread..
